Mirrors

Made through a chemical sedimentation process. A specially treated silver sheet is coated on quality waveless float glass, followed by a sheet of copper, and then finished with two layers of paint for protection.

The features specifications of these mirrors are as follows:

• Made of waveless float glass (our float glass from Saint-Gobain)
• Double coated paint
• Exact image, high reflectivity, reflection ratio is about 90 percent
• The mirror can be made into safety mirror through sticking special PE film in the backside

Toughened Glass

In the production of flat glass, the molten silica-based mix is cooled slowly under carefully controlled conditions. This annealing procedure removes undesirable stresses from the glass. Cooling occurs in an annealing "lehr"; and then annealed glass is heated to a temperature near its softening point and forced to cool rapidly under carefully controlled conditions.

Laminated Glass

It is manufactured by permanently bonding two or more lites of glass with layers of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) interlayer, under heat and pressure, to create a single construction.

Glass Block

A Glass block consists of two separate sections of pressed glass which are sealed together at high temperature. Containing a partial vacuum, it has excellent thermal and sound insulation, as well as fire and moisture proof.

Glass Blocks transmit light, make environment beautiful and maintain privacy. They are strong, durable and security . Smooth exterior faces allow for easy cleaning.
